Company “Tydex” is pleased to announce the purchase of “ISP Optics SPb”, a division of «ISP Optics Corporation”, USA.
These are the words of Tydex general manager, Grigory Kropotov: «For the last two years Tydex had been lacking manufacturing capacity. The purchase of “ISP Optics SPb” with its first-rate specialists, technology, and equipment makes possible to double the output of the optical elements and to diversify the product lines especially IR optics line. Due to this agreement Tydex is proved to have a leadership position as the biggest private Saint-Petersburg company that manufactures optical components, coatings, devices, and appliances and makes R&D work in THz photonics.
I would also add that the acquired company has already obtained a new name – “Polustrovo Optika” according to its location in one of the historic districts of Saint-Petersburg».
